Barrier Systems Inc 

BSI manufactures moveable barrier systems and road safety products. The company was founded in 1985 when it introduced the Quickchange Moveable Barrier (QMB), the low cost solution for adding lanes for rush hour traffic to reduce congestion improve safety and increase traffic throughput. BSI was acquired by Lindsay in June 2006. 

 

In addition to moveable barriers, BSI also markets crash cushions, guardrail products and barrier specialty products. In 2007, BSI acquired the U-MAD Truck Mounted Attenuators product line to further expand its product offering. BSI products are in use worldwide to protect lives and reduce traffic congestion.
