(NYSE: LNN), has acquired the truck mounted and trailer mounted attenuator (TMA) 

technology from Albert W. Unrath, Inc. and Traffic Maintenance Attenuators, Inc. of 

Hatfield, PA. This acquisition provides additional product depth to compliment the full 

line of moveable barriers, steel specialty barriers, crash cushions and barrier terminal 

products offered by BSI and Snoline, s.p.a., (a Lindsay Corporation Company in Europe) through their worldwide distribution systems.
